This is a hybrid, mixed-methods, class; some participants will participate live via Zoom sessions while others will watch the recordings.

• Live Participants: Live participants will receive a recurring meeting invite with the Zoom link.
• Recording Participants: The live recordings will be made available 24 to 48 hours after the recordings.

Following each class, all participants will have access to the recordings and supporting materials.
