This is a hybrid, mixed-methods, class; some participants will participate live via Zoom sessions while others will watch the recordings.

• Live Participants: Live participants will receive a recurring meeting invite with the Zoom link.
• Recording Participants: The live recordings will be made available 24 to 48 hours after the recordings.

Following each class, all participants will have access to the recordings and supporting materials within 24 hours to 48 hours of the live class..
